Medical services are provided and billed by Clarke Chiroptractic and Rehabilitation . Our provider participate in most of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are most of the health plans which we currently accepting. If you are unsure if we accept your health paln, please call our office.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​
